    SLOW COOKER RECIPES

    Pretty much the same as Cavegirl. Sometimes I use leeks sliced lengthways as a base to sit it on and I like to add a splash of worcester sauce. Mine cooks a bit longer due to my working hours but is still tasty, never dry or tough :-)

    I use a WW petit pain (hexb) spread with 1tbsp lighter than light mayo mixed with garlic,either fresh or granules. Hellmans ltl mayo is only half a syn for a tbsp :-)

    Just to get back on track and not go up into the 14's again. Only 1lb off that at the mo after a rubbish few weeks and I go away on 10th Sept. Really don't to come back weighing over 14st. It took me what felt like forever to get below that and was a huge boost for me when I did.

    Anything that's free on either red or green will all be free on ee. So the pasta n sauces are free on ee and green. You only have 1 hexa and 1 hexb on ee though and you should 1/3 superfree with each meal. Hope that helps x

    Teso 30% less fat Feta and Haloumi

    I've just discovered 30% less fat halloumi and I'm hooked!!! The one I use is 80cals for 30g,so I make it 40 extra cals for another 15g. As hex's seem to be 120 cals,or 6 syns I've been having 45g.

    I just sit my chicken/joint on a couple of chunky cut onions or carrots or you can used scrunched up silver foil. Season and cook,no liquid needed. Hope that helps :-)
