    Day 1 Weight 13.3 oops On my way to a 13 hr shift, this is what I'll b eating today Breakfast B- muller light yogurt L- salmon +egg D- chicken breast sprinkled oat bran on top. ( I think) Drinks -water, diet coke. No exercise ( 13 hr shift will b very tired)

    Herbalife please help!!!

    The way I broke my plateau was I increased my calories slightly for a few days, then went back to my normally calorie intake. You just need to trick your body. Also I worked out twice daily in the morning and evening that also helped a lot. Good luck :)
