    how it works

    The principle is the same as slimfast I guess but the carbs are MUCH lower and that pretty much means the weightloss is quicker. I checked slimfast packs for you and they have WAY more sugar.

    I am a member at curves and love it. I used to go to JJb but it got way too busy. I was at curves today and really enjoy going. It only takes 30 minutes and burns loads of kcals :)

    I did CD and I have to say i am finding this far easier. I like the shakes more and I like still being able to eat! I think having food helps you cope when returning to food permanently.

    Been on cs for 5 days and have to say I am quite enjoying it. I think I have lost about 8lbs now..... I have 126 lbs to lose so a while to go yet...but it is a good start. Shakes are lovely.:)
