1lb lost this week dident have any chocolate over Easter stuck to the plan I know If I didn't stick to the plan I would have put weight on so im happy with a 1lb loss going to try and get more veg in meals this week replace rice with grated coliflower.

Well done! I find that if I put on or stay the same I lose more weight the week after.

Apparently the more you wash your hair because its greasy the more oils your scalp produces I found that if I left my hair for a couple of days without washing it your scalp will stop producing oils so fast I wash my hair 1-2 times a week and I found that dry shampoo helps x
