    I love this idea of recording small goals towards a long-term result. my first small goal is to get to Friday (first weigh day) by sticking to it 100%..... And hopefully losing something as a result!! 4 days encounting.......

    The only thing that makes me think I can get through a VLCD is the knowledge that I am getting all the nutrition I need. I don't know how anyone could stick to a homemade one....
