Angry with Exante!!

    I'm so annoyed.

    I've been doing so well on this diet I ordered another months worth 7days ago. It never arrived. So I tried to email with them (which was impossible because the website just sends me round in circles); so eventually gave up and rang them.

    They will not even investigate this until I've waited a full 14 days (so I have to wait another week).
    That would be fine but I will run out of packs before then! Perhaps I should have ordered earlier; but I still had 10 days left at the time so wouldn't exactly call it "last minute"!

    I explained to the girl on the phone that I would run out of packs and would subsequently need to step off the diet and probably come out of ketosis. But this does not impact upon the decision at all. 14 whole days to wait! It's obvious that the thing thing isn't going to arrive now. What a poor policy to have when you are selling a diet that requires 100% compliance!

    I daren't order from Exante again because if that goes wrong it'll be another 14days and that will be my goal well and truely out the window!

    I'm not keen on slim and save, but always found their customer service good and always received my orders. But I'm thinking of buying from them again and then just demand a refund from Exante in 7days time.

    Does anyone know of another VLCD that has food more like Exante stuff??

    I'm so stressed about it because I was feeling so positive about achieving my goal.:cry:

    Oh that's so rubbish. Sorry to hear they've messed you around. I don't know of any others so good and cosy effective and it's weird you haven't received your order as mine has always come next day!

    Yeah, mine have tended to come quickly which is why I know that it isn't going to come. I did Exante a long time ago and swapped to slim and save when Exante cocked up 2 of my orders (the final straw when they sent me 1 weeks supply instead of the MONTH I paid for). They corrected it after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing but these little things add up.

    I decided to try them again because I do prefer their stuff. But I think their attitude to customer care is rubbish. It all seems fine when things are going well, but when things go wrong they're not easy so contact and never seem particularly worried about addressing your complaints/ concerns with any urgency.

    So I've lost all faith in them now, which is disappointing because I am doing so well. I'm pleased you haven't had any cock ups though; and I hope you don't have the displeasure, lol xx

    OP can you not just order off ebay, that way at least customer service may be better as sellers have their ratings to consider. Agree it is crap service off Exante. Funny how they can take ages to deliver, but when I placed an order and then changed my mind half an hour later and tried to cancel it they couldn't accept this as it was already in the process of being despatched (!)
    I do buy it off ebay now if it's just the odd few things I want. Never had any problems with delivery personally.
