    I forgot to post yesterday... ooops! As the exercises have been easier to complete now I'm nearing the end of the level, I have upped my weights from 1kg to 1.5kg and have used 2.5kg for the chest fly exercises. Level 1 Day 8 completed yesterday. Day 9 completed this morning :) Happy shredding!
