Did you make the oaty pancakes yourself? They look delicious.

Yes I did, it's just 35g porridge oats soaked overnight with yoghurt then in the morning add eggs and sweetener then cook

natural yogurt just they are soaked in? Oh I might have to try these. Thank you.

I actually use the ww yoghurts so I think it was the peach Melba one that I used today, I just have the natural or fromage frais on top with the fruit
I usually use the muller light yogurts, have the Greek coconut and the toffee ones so might give it a try over the week :)

Was going to make eggy bread for breakfast tomorrow but I am really stuck for ideas to have with it. Any suggestions?

I made eggy bread with strawberries, grapes and a muller light coconut Greek yogurt poured over it. Was lovely.

I've only ever had eggy bread as a savoury thing (salt, pepper, herbs). What did you put in it other than eggs, milk and bread?
I just dipped the bread into egg (no milk), lightly fried in fry light and then a small dusting of sugar, it was actually really tasty. A bit like French toast I suppose.

It was really tasty. That's a really good price because rhubarb can be expensive at times. I wish I liked rhubarb.
