    I'm Not Even Going To Complain

    3500 calorie excess = 1lb of fat, so I reckon unless you have really been going for it, there is mostly water weight in your 7lbs! I'm 4lbs on over 2 weeks, and couldnt bear to keep eating till new year - I feel disgusting, hate feeling hungry and just want to be back in ketosis NOW!

    Hey, have survived trip to the Aquarium and the cinema. Total pain to rememeber to take drinks etc with me - reminds me of when my Griffin was little and having to get water, bottles, milk etc sorted before going out for the day!

    eating is weird

    The whole conciously having to decide what to eat thing - what a bore, I had no idea that I'd find it a chore to decide what to have, and when...shakes, so easy bish bash bosh, and its done. Dont start on dishes and putting plates away - nightmare!

    I converted my kg weight loss today on my phone and she did a calculator - I got 8 she got 5, weird calculation she used. We had the same kg weight as I had at home. Very weird. I'm going on my conversion for lbs as I'm nit convinced by hers.

    Try dioctyl or docusate sodium 100mg capsules. Pharmacist job - very gentle softener and mover! Also, I got mega constipation when using that much fibreclear - only once a day should be enough. I was chucking some on every water bottle - clearly you can have too much of a good thing!
