    I'm impressed at you climbing the rock in Gibraltar on this diet! And I'm sure that cold & flu tablets will be fine (but not ibprofen as you don't have enough in your stomach to protect the lining of your stomach).     Everyone stalls on the second week, it just happens and I think it's your body just catching up with the dramatic losses in the first week. You should go back to losing 4lbs a week in week 3 tho.

    We had slow cooked lamb shanks (slow-cooked for 3 hours in stock and garlic and juniper berries and star anise) with kale (with chilli & garlic) and pan-fried asparagus. It was supposed to be dinner but we were too hungry to wait and thought we'd have something else for a late dinner.

    I'm just starting day 4 and am very properly in ketosis (according to my ketosticks) and had all the weakness and headaches on day 2 and 3. So it definitely can happen. I'm quite relieved because I feel loads better today and am about to go and have some halloumi, mushrooms and ham for breakfast.

    I use 2 generous tablespoons of fromage frais, 2 tablespoons of bran and 1 egg. That means it's not usually too dry. I tend to fold it in half like a flatbread and put some fillings inside it. Ham and mustard and a little cream cheese is nice. Or scrambled eggs is good too.

    Hi! I have similar issues but more intermittently and know that eating bread and pasta means stomach pains the day after so I generally don't eat them. Sounds like you might be a bit gluten intolerant / have coeliac or something like that. Have you been to the doctor?
