Daily menus

Day 7 - PP day

B - yogurt with 1 tbs oat bran
L - chicken leg x 2, chicken thigh x 1, yogurt with 1 tbs oat bran, sf jelly
D - homemade beef burgers (5% fat minced beef, onions, mixed herbs, egg & a few chilli flakes), sf jelly

I'm going to make some muffins for the first time tonight!
 
wednesday Conso PV & fruit
Breakfast- yoghurt & rhubarb
Lunch- 3 rashers Grilled bacon (fat removed) 2 dry fried eggs, dry fried tomato & mushrooms,
snack- muffin & strawberries
Dinner- fish pie topped with carrot & swede mash- 2 muffins
 
Day 59 (Wednesday) - PP (2 of 2)

B - hot smoked salmon, coconut muffins
L - out-of date chicken, cottage cheese, Dukan vinaigrette
D - in-date chicken! Hurrah :D

I had....
Chicken with leeks and aubergines was absolutely amazballs!!!

Day 8 - PV Day

B - 2 x cinnamon muffins, ff yogurt
L - Chicken salad, ff yogurt
D - Turkey burgers, broccoli, lettuce & kale, sf jelly
 
PP Thursday
B- muffins
L- chicken omellette
D- chicken
 
PP day - Day 10
B : galette & Total 0% & splenda
S: chicken mini fillets in jerk seasoning with fromage frais for dipping(HOT)
L: chicken mini fillets in soy sauce, oyster sauce, chilli & garlic
S: Total 0% & jelly
D: No idea, aiming to find some venison.
 
Day 60 (Thursday) - PV

B - steak, mushrooms, muffins
L - chicken salad, no boiled egg, cappuccino made with semi-skimmed milk (fail :( )
D - tomorrow's muffins! Eek, fail again but just didn't fancy a tin of tuna or mackerel which is all that's left in my emergency kit!!

PP day( doing 7 still my holiday so then I can have PV days)
B 100g rhubarb and fat free yogurt
L chicken with mustard dip
D loads and loads of chicken drumsticks
Snacks lemon muffins,jelly and loads of water

Oh and I had 2 sugar free sweets yesterday! Lovely! BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Friday Conso PV & fruit
B- home made yoghurt & rhubarb
L- savoury gallette, quark, smoked salmon, apple
D- cottage pie
 
Day 9 - PP Day

B - 2 x muffins, ff yogurt
L - chicken breast, ff yoghurt
Snack - chicken donner meat (naughty!)
D - Turkey burgers, sf jelly with fromage frais
 
Day 61 (Friday) - PP

B - tinned mackerel and tinned tuna
L - roast chicken
D - roast chicken

Should have been PV today but knackered so PP instead. No muffins as ate 2 days worth yesterday!

Turned today into PV as I'm tired and needed some vitamins

So I've actually had

B yogurt and rhubarb
L chicken drumsticks
3 lemon muffins
D chicken with asparagas and Aubergine purée
Desert baked custard and more rhubarb
2 ltrs water

Going back to PP days tomorrow for the remainder until I go on my jolly bobs

Day 10 - PV Day

B - 2 x vanilla muffins
L - salmon with lots of green veg (broccoli, kale, cabbage)
D - mushrooom omelette & salad
Snacks - cold turkey meatballs in the fridge

I'm another pound down day today, even after the chicken donner incident! :D

D - chicken tikka, vegetable curry, mocha muffins
