    Happe is right Nightnight, you need a smaller goal, just something you can't do but you want to, maybe going up the stairs without holding on, or something simple to get you started!!! I get half way and then hold on, it's the last six but i will do it!!!!

    Hi Katie, I started WW two weeks ago, you get a booklet with a weeks menu, i never stuck to the menu but i did variations of the menu with what was in my cupboards and lost 6 1/2lb my first week. I also have done CD and didn't have any trouble converting. Good luck Rach

    Thanks Starlight, I was on CD last year and lost about 3 stone, but had a lot of back trouble and was unable to get around, and it slowly nearly all went back on. I have found that if you can say your weight out load or on the threads it just gave me that bit more will power to carry on.
