    Day 6 Breakfast-slept in so had nada! Lunch-paprika spiced chicken and salad. Dinner- garlic spiced chicken and small amount of pasta with ww pasta sauce. snacks- a muller light and grapes. Drinks-1litre of water and 2 cans of pepsi and 1 tea.

    well for losing 7 stone it would be about a stone a month-depending on the individual...erm about 7 months then but i dont think that would be correct as most people tend to have months were they lose loads more than a stone.its hard to say!!
