    Oh and I totally agree. Every one loses at differnt rates. Its not a race and it is best to go slow and keep it off. I loose very fast but gain just as quick.

    Wow! Thats so good! Great news well done!! You got me thinking, at my weight today my bmi is 29.5 (I am also no longer obese) just overweight. With 32 to loose to be in a healthy weight range. :) So we are pretty similar!! We can do it!!!

    MMMMM I'm a melon freak!!! I LOVE MELON I normally if I am out get one of those pre weighed packs which have around 100 calories, water melon, rock melon and that orange melon (not sure of the name) But while at home I chop my own Mmm makes my mouth water.

    How do you decide your goal weight?
