My First week......................

    Slim Fast
    To be honest I was silly to start this diet over the bank holiday weekend!! But I started well and ended bad

    Wed - Perfect
    Thur - Perfect
    Fri Perfect
    Sat - ended up eating half a kfc bucket when we went camping. (don't even want to think about the calories)
    Sun - Ate my normal slimfast day plus a easter egg and two bags of maltesaurs
    Mon - had a huge roast dinner, with all the trimmings, yorkshire pudding, stuffing, sausages, pork, veg, gravy, and gateaux
    Tue - perfect

    So I would say a bad first week.
    However on the wed I weighed myself in the morning, after toilet etc before i got dressed and I weighed 202.5lbs
    Then the following wednesday after this bad week I weighed 198.3

    That is 4lb loss in one week. Not sure I put it down to being so busy and keeping active, but 4lbs is great.

    Realing can't explain it. Not my totm so maybe them first few days did some good. The whole of sun I was walking for about 8hours.

    So this week I am sticking to it 100% without all the crap foods. I hope to loose another 4lb!!

    I think loosing the weight while not sticking to the diet, is actually making me stick to it now.

    So after a bad good bad first week. I am 4lbs down
    and hopefully wednesday another 4.

    well done , least you are honest about what went into your mouth
    walking will also take your mind off dieting . here is too another good week for you

    Good thing about the sf diet is that it seems to be very forgiving of those bad days. Good luck with ur fresh 100% week.
