    It is individually based, but you can continue to do SS/SS+ until you hit BMI 25, after that you must move to a higher plan like 810 where you can stay until you get goal, then you can move up the plans until you find the right calorie level that allows you to maintain at that weight.

    cowboy - you probably already know this but Diet Coke is a no no, citric acid in it knocks you out of ketosis, and the fact that you're only on day 3 could mean that it will take you longer to get into ketosis :(

    I use fresh basil, mint, thyme, and coriander. Some people add nutmeg, or cinnamin to their shakes as well. Pepper and chilli flakes, cumin and coriander powder are good for leek and potato and oriental chilli. I used curry powder once but then realised that there was salt in it :(

    You should be on 4 a day. It's not going to slow down your weight loss. Your body needs it, by not having it you are not getting the right amount of calories, which can make your body go into starvation mode! Which is not healthy, and your body will then hold onto every thing.

    Remember muscle weighs more than fat, doing weight-bearing exercises will be toning/developing muscle. How are your measurements? Sometimes they are a better indication of weight loss than stupid scales that don't show your fat loss.

    I do this too. I've had 2 strawberry icecreams this week. If you can cut the top half of the cardboard on the tetra you can use the bottom half like an icecream cone, and simply lick/bite/suck your way through it. Delicious and it takes ages to eat!
