    Another week down

    Lost 5 1/2 but that is over a two week period as I didn't have the time or opportunity last week. The goal was to get under 15 stone which has been achieved. 14 stone 12 so the next goal is under 14. One stone at the time.....one stone at a time...... x

    Lost 3lbs this week. think my body is in a strop cos I didn't give in to eating the tin of salmon and then the gherkins this week. Stuck to my guns and I think my body is not giving up any more fat this week. Can please itself cos it ain't getting any food strop or not. Week eight here we come.

    by weighing myself on my own scales which are pretty accurate. I weigh at the chemist later today but my scales say no loss i think. I have done it 100% so have to have lost something unless my body is trying to trick me into it not being worth it and giving up. I did lose earlier in the week...

    Would there be any way to prevent hair loss like maybe take some sort of vitimin tablet, Zinc? or would that not be allowed. Its not food but I do know we cannot take even a piece of chewing gum so maybe not. Just a thought

    I have two of the shaker thingies and what I do is make up a hot peppermint tea and fill it right to the top and keep sipping at it. If it goes cold it's iced tea!! I have a few of them throughout the day and that way I can monitor my fluid intake as well. It has to get easier...right??

    I find the strawberry too sweet, the soup nasty but I put two teaspoons of coffee in the chocolate and it is like a choccamocca and the same with the vanilla.
