    my trampette is one of the main things i use in my exercise regime! i like just jumping on it or running trying to get my knees as high up as possible. using it with jogging for the wii sounds like a good plan, wish i still had my wii to test it out actually :rolleyes:

    i normally plan the night before, i would do it weekly, like writing my whole week out on a sunday night or something, but i'm so fussy i know i wouldn't stick to eating what i had planned. i see what i have in and then work my day out around that the night before.
