The easy way to work out your Club 10 target is like this:

Turn your weight into lbs (stones x 14 + any odd pounds)

13 x 14 = 182 + 10 = 192

Then divde your weight in lbs by 10

192 ÷ 10 = 19.2 (round up to .5)

So you would need to loose 19.5lbs to lose 10% of your body weight.

To work that back into sts and lbs;

14.5 ÷ 14 = 1st 0.5lbs

And what your minus 10% weight would be (in lbs);

192 - 19.5 = 172.5

And in sts and lbs;

172.5 ÷ 14 = 12st 4.5lbs

Simple!

In a nut shell it's 10% of your starting weight in lbs, so if you started at 255lb, 10% of 255lb is 25.5lbs

i got the 25.5 number when i did it myself, but i didn't understand what i was supposed to be doing with that number
so i will reach my club 10 when i have lost 2 stone 1.5lb after starting at 255lb?

Yup that's the plan! Statistics say that once you lose 10% of your body weight risks of certain diseases are a lot less.
So 25.5lbs is 1st 11.5lbs - once you've lost that you are in "Club10"
