I freeze all low fat mousse. Cadburys light is delicious and ony 3 syns. I find yogurts are too icy. Mousse is just like ice cream.

Luckily I am always self catering as I have a place there - I always take a good amount of food with me but this is the first time I am going and been on slimming world.

Recipe idea! Spring/summer low syn dessert: sugar free jelly 1.5 syns shape yoghurt (one of the free ones) mix jelly up as it says on the packet when half set add the yoghurt and mix makes up to 5 portions!

I prefer semi skimmed milk. I have tried skimmed before and have found them watery. Any idea what the cravendale skimmed is like? I don't want to but 4 pints and not like it. If not can you suggest one that will last longer than ordinary milk but is not watery please.
