Our local tapas does a lovely vegetable paella - as you have to special order it anyway I ask them to make it with as little oil as possible, this seems to make them laugh a lot but it's yummy and very filling! If not I would suggest chicken skewers or similar, nothing in a sauce!

How many Hex do you use to take 6 syns off the pizzs for the cheese (6 syns) just one? Also, does anyone know how many syns are in the dough balls for starters? I know it's not going to be good but I find it really hard to sit and not eat anything if everyone else is having a starter! thanks.

Thanks for the reply - I just wondered if there was anything that wasn't going to completely wreck my diet, but I guess a Chinese buffet really isn't the best thing to go to if you want to lose weight!

Thanks for all your replies - I am still a little confused as to why Paneer isn't a healthy extra as it seems relatively low in fat compared to other cheeses - but I will stick with counting 1 and a half syns per 28g as I think this is ok! Thanks!

I have just found out that the Tomato and Basil Soup is 13 sysn for 600g carton! Might as well eat chips! Does anyone know if any of this counts as a B choice - as I know it does on the Covent Garden Coconut Soup? Thanks!
