    That's not eating too much at all!! Just remember that you should stop eating when you are full and you dot have to clear away everything on your plate. Remember to eat lots of speed foods to bulk your meals out and you will be less prone to snack.

    I know that a jalfrezi is 8.5 syns, whilst a dhansak is 6.5 syns and so is a rogan josh. Stick to plain boiled rice and avoid sauces that are creamy or butter (ghee). Popadoms are 4.5 syns each, I'm not sure on chapatis or nan bread as I avoid them altogether.

    31 wks preggers weighed myself and..

    Thats amazing Hun!!! Well done! I gained 5 stone 7lbs with my Daughter!!! Eeeek!! Most of it dissapeared when little one was born, so it wasnt too bad. You will probably be the same weight after baby is born than when you fell pregnant!! :)

    Hi Zoe, As long as you are eating a variety of fruits and veg, it doesnt matter whether they are with your meal or not. I think that its best practise that SW advise everyone to get into the habit of doing, but its not essential. As long as your losses are good, dont fret over it Hun. xx

    Swimming is fantastic for toning! It reduces bingo wings, tummy and thighs. I love doing the breast stroke and swim 64 lengths (1 mile) at my local pool when I can and its brilliant.
