    Yup - totally normal I'm afraid... I am constantly freezing when on VLCD, even more so than usual! Thank goodness the weather is getting warmer! The first time I did a VLCD (LL), it was over Winter and that was NOT GOOD! Just think though, shivering burns calories!!!
