    slathering on aqueous cream, then putting on some cotton gloves before bed really helps - My partner had severe eczema on his feet & it was religious application of aqueous that fixed it in the end

    Supplements

    i take glucosamine for my joints, (it really helps me not feel achey after exercise, especially my knees) but no slimming supplements, I think they are a waste of ££

    Nandos suggestions!

    make sure you take the skin off the chicken, and count any sauce as syns & that sounds about right. Nando's isn't too bad as long as you stay away from the chips & hummus!

    I'm tending to have a cherry one mid morning, then a vanilla & choc one after my dinner in an evening, is this too much? Although they are fat free & a free food, they do have sugar in & i'm wondering...:confused:

    I'm finding it hard to resist weighing myself almost daily, although I'm always depressed when my weight hasn't changed, or barely changed, or gone up slightly! does anyone else do it? How do you resist it?:sigh:

    To get the benefits of green tea, you have to drink a fair amount regularly, and those 145 calories would soon add up! How about using loose green tea leaves & put in some lemon juice to taste? also, don't make it as strong as you would black tea - it's supposed to be drank fairly weak.
