I'm so frustrated, 3rd day of attack and I havnt lost anything!!! Only thing I can think that's stopping the loss is I've been nibbling on wafer thin chicken, turkey and ham slices between meals. Do u have any advice for me Jess?
Day 1
Breakfast - total 0% yogurt with oat bran and coffee with skimmed milk
Snack - 1/2 pack wafer thin roast turkey slices
Lunch - chicken and prawn pieces
Snack - 1/2 pack wafer think roast turkey
Dinner - 2 tuna steaks
And I'm drinking loads of water. Normally do that any way so water...
Which is the best yogurt to have in attack stage? I tried the total 0% today and it was horrid!!! I saw from other people's comments that muller light is a tolerated food and not suitable for attack. What does everyone else have ??
yayayyyy i'm up for this challenge....i've been soooo bad lately but as of last week i've been trying to be good. I've even started gym...really want to look hot for NY's as well!!! Weigh in is on Thursday and im aiming for AT LEAST 2 pounds off a week!!!!!
Where can you buy this from? I can only ever find lean or just plain mince (not lean) ...where are all the extra lean mince's hiding???
