Attack Michelle's attack food diary

Day 1

Breakfast - total 0% yogurt with oat bran and coffee with skimmed milk

Snack - 1/2 pack wafer thin roast turkey slices

Lunch - chicken and prawn pieces

Snack - 1/2 pack wafer think roast turkey

Dinner - 2 tuna steaks

And I'm drinking loads of water. Normally do that any way so water is not an issue with me.

Am I eating to much or is this ok??
 
Seems fine to me, you can eat as much as you want as you don't have to be hungry on this diet. Good luck x
