    I think the key with exercise, is not how much you do, or how long you exercise for, but how hard you're working when you're doing it. I'd recommend anyone taking up the gym or any form of serious exercise to get a heart rate monitor and keep a check on your HR to make sure you're working out...

    thanks for the replies. I added a sprinkle of instant mash when I got home from work and it did the trick brilliantly. The tagine was one of the best things I've ever tasted in my life!!!!!!

    it does have a bit if a kick to it. I love hot and spicy stuff though, so if you don't you might find it too spicy. I certainly wouldn't say it was overpowering though.

    the tex mex mix is Asda's own make and with all the herbs and spices. I'd recommend leaving the skins in the sweet potatoes when you make the wedges, gives them a lovely flavour.

    I agree totally with Starlight. If you're taking xenical and having oily discharge, then you're not eating the correct diet. You should only be having 10g of fat or less per meal and then you'll be fine. I used xenical for about 12 months and lost 4 stone, with virtually no side effects...

    Had my third WI last night, and after STS last week, I lost 4.5 lbs this week :D I think 5 days at the gym, and a lot of sweat certainly paid off!!!!!! And I got SOW and won the raffle as well. The gods were smiling on me yesterday ;)

    Thanks Mandy, yes, all fat was trimmed before cooking. The only meal which stays the same would be salad for lunch, but I do vary the protien I have with it each day, could be ham, beef, mackerel, tuna. We have a salad bar at work so I'd choose what looked to be the best option that day...
