Not sure how it wud work wif frozen tuna steaks but a nice oriental style marinade which is very quick n easy is:

50mls soy sauce
1 heaped tsp easy ginger
1 heaped tsp easy garlic

This makes enuf 2 do 2 steaks. I'v done this wif tuna n salmon n both ave been very nice (altho I'm takin Hubby's word on the salmon cos I don't like it! lol!). I wud generally serve it on a bed of noodles wif stirfry veggies. Hope that's of sum help! x
