    Yeah I drink my fluids with Asda lemon cordial, it is really nice. I have also found that since I made the effort to drink 6 pints + a day, I am not as hungry and my losses have improved. I don't think the effects can be understimated :)

    Slow starts?

    Me and my sister both had slow starts, even slightly gaining some weeks, but all of a sudden we are losing really well, everybody is different, just give it a good chance, it is a very healthy and balanced way to lose weight so by the nature of it will not always be super fast

    don't worry because the other thing is if you are new to the gym your losses may be slower for the first couple of weeks but they will come good eventually, just keep on being good and you will be fine :)
