Hi everyone, so I have been on the extra easy plan for 3 weeks now, the 1st week i lost nothing. My leader put it down to me eating toomany bananas and mullerlights. I cut down on these the 2ns week and lost 2lbs. Then this week I have put 2lbs back on. I am seriously upset...I love the diet so much but am really, really dissapointed. I have loads of friends that have done it ands lost like 3 stone in a matter of a few months! Does it just not work for some people? Should I try doing red and green days instead of EE ? Can anyone tell me what days they lose the most on? red,green or ee? I have paid up until nearly xmas so have to keep going and want to, just need to lose 3 stone and i will be happy, am seriously down about my weight and feel so unattractive for my hubby(even tho he insists he doesnt care what size i am!) so want to be a sexy size 10 again!!
