Backdating a little from my written lists:
Monday 31 August 2010: RED

B: Alpen Light (1/2 HEXB1) & apple, coffee with semi-skimmed milk (HEXA1)

L: 2 rashers of quorn bacon (1 syn) 1 quorn sausage(red onion and leicester variety 0.5 syn) 2 eggs, 2 cherry tomatoes, 2 mushrooms all fried in Fry Light

Snack: 2 bites of brioche (1.5) 2 mikado (1) 1 apple, few tictacs (0.5)

D: 2 new potatoes (HEXB2), courgettes sauteed with garlic, brocolli, steak, sauce made with mushrooms, shallots, beef stock, mustard (0.5) & fromage frais

Snack:1 apple, 2 mikado (1) 1 mini milk (1.5) 1/2 spoon of Gu chocolate mousse (0.5)

SYNS: 1 + 0.5 + 1.5 + 1 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 1 + 1.5 + 0.5 = 8 :D
 
Tuesday 1 September - EE

B: 3 eggs, melon

L: SW quiche made with leeks, mushrooms, pepper and quorn ham. Small piece chinese chicken. 25g plain rice. peas and sweetcorn.

D: chicken liver, 50g plain rice, mangetout.

Snack: coffee with milk (HEXA) 2 alpen lights (HEXB) apple, tictacs and chewing gum (2) boiled sweet (1)

SYNS; 3! :D:D
 
Wednesday 2 September - EE

B: 2 eggs and an apple

L: small piece chinese chicken. 25g plain rice. peas. corn on the cob. apple.

Snack: apple, alpen light (3) mini milk (1.5) tictacs (2)

D: 1 hard boiled egg. 1.5 quorn frankfurter (2) 1 dsp ketchup (1)
SW quiche made with salmon and broccoli

Snack: 5 mikado (2.5) coffee with milk (HEXA) 28g special K sustain (HEXB & HEXA)


SYNS: 3 + 1.5 + 2 + 2 + 1+ 2.5 = 14
 
Thursday 3 September 2010 - EE

Snack: 1 apple, 1 alpen light (1/2 HEXB) tictacs (3) coffee with milk (hEXA)

L: SW quiche made with salmon and broccoli, 1 quorn frankfurter (1.5) 1 dsp ketchup (1) 1 hard boiled egg, corn on cob

Snack: alpen light (1/2 HEXB) mini babybel (HEXA)

D: salmon, 2 1/2 new potatoes, sprouts, mangetout, baby corn

Snack: 1/2 galia melon, apple, 12 mikado (6) 1/2 cup hot chocolate (1.5)

SYNS: 3 + 2.5 + 6 + 1.5 = 13
 
Friday 3 September - EE

Sorry just realised got my dates all wrong - this is 3 September!

B: 2 eggs & apple

Snack: tictacs (4) volvic touch of fruit (2) coffee with milk (HEXA)

Lunch: small piece salmon, 28g plain rice, peas, corn on cob, 1/2 galia melon

Snack: mini babybel (HEXA) alpen light (1/2 HEXB)

Dinner: 28g special k sustain (5 syns & HEXA) 2 eggs, 1/2 galia melon

Snack: alpen light (1/2 HEXB) 1/2 cup hot chocolate (1.5) 6 mikado (3)

SYNS: 4 + 2 + 5 + 1.5 + 3 = 15.5
 
Saturday 4 September - EE

Bad day - slaved over a recipe from slimmingeats.com - took ages and after eating it, realised that as the pork wasnt extra lean (Asda weren't selling any extra lean) had to syn it at a massive 6 syns per portion - which has taken me over my syns and will do for the next 2 days as have leftovers of it that need finishing - never buying pork ever again!

B: 2 eggs & 1/2 galia melon

Snack: 1 apple, mini babybel (HEXA) 2 mikado (1) few spoons of special k (1) 1/3 of a cadburys light chocolate mousse (1)

L: salmon, 2 new potatoes, babycorn, sprouts, 2 alpen lights (HEXB)

Snack: 12 mikado (6) 1 apple, mini babybel (2) mini milk (1.5)

D: aubergine, pork and pasta dish off slimmingeats.com (6)

Snack: apple, 1/3 of an aero swirly dessert (3)

SYNS: 1 + 1 + 1 + 6 + 2 + 1.5 + 6 + 3 = 21.5 :cry:

Sunday 5 September - EE

Another bad day as more of that damn pork thing to finish and turned up at my mum's and she had made a fat free cake!

B: 2 eggs & apple

L: homemade beetroot soup (1.5 syns for oil, mustard and sherry)
baked potato topped with lentil curry (1 syn for oil) and fat free natural yoghurt
fat free cake (9)

Snack: 1/2 canteloupe melon, 1 plum, 1 nectarine, 1 alpen light (1/2 HEXB) coffee with milk (HEXA) 2 M&S sugar free butterscotch sweets (1)

D: leftover pork, pasta & aubergine (6)

Snack: alpen light (1/2 HEXB) 3 mikado (1.5)

SYNS: 1 + 1.5 + 9 + 1 + 6 + 1.5 = 20 :(
 
Monday 7 September - EE

B: SW fry-up! 2 rashers of bacon with fat removed, 2 eggs, 1/2 small tin baked beans, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms!

Snack: coffee with semi skimmed milk (HEXA) 1/2 canteloupe melon, apple

L: 1 quorn frankfurter (1.5) 1 dsp ketchup (1) 1 hard boiled egg, corn on cob, salad made with pepper, spring onion, 15g plain rice, quorn chicken and 1 tbsp hellmans fat free viniagrette (0.5)

Snack: nectarine, mini babybel (HEXA), volvic touch of fruit (2) tictacs (0.5) M&S sugar free butterscotch sweets (3.5)

D: steak, sauce made with mushrooms, beef stock, fromage frais and mustard(0.5) 3 new potatoes, mangetout, broccoli, cauliflower

S: 1/2 cup options hot chocolate (1.5) apple, alpen light (1/2 HEXB)

Hi Teresa, I know I don't have to measure rice etc but like to do so for portion control.

L: corn on the cob. SW quiche made with pepper, mushrooms, onion, leek and quorn ham.

S: Alpen Light (1/2 HEXB) tictacs(2.5) M&S sugar free butterscotch (4.5)

Before going to the gym, finished last bit of the aubergine and pork thing (so glad its gone! 6)

D: SW quiche made with baked beans, onion and reduced fat cheese (2) SW chips, 1 dsp ketchup (1) green beans, sugar snap peas, 1/2 an apple, alpen light (1/2 HEXB) 1/2 cup hot choc (1.5)

Syns: 2.5 + 4.5 + 6 + 1.5 1 + 2 + 1.5 = 19 grr

L: 50g couscous mixed with 42g reduced fat feta (HEXA2) and veg roasted in fry light: courgette, yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, aubergine and sweet potato

S: mini babybel (part HEXA1) alpen light (1/2 HEXB1) apple, 2 mikado (1) M&S sugar free strawberry and cream sweets (2.5)

D: baked rice and chickpeas, green beans, sugar snap peas, 2 alpen lights (HEXB2) too many mikado (9)

SYNS: 2.5 + 1 + 2.5 + 1 + 1.5 = 16

Weekend

Went away for the weekend and didn't make a food diary so can't remember exactly what I had! Will resume normally tomorrow.

Friday - Green

L: chicken, 1 tbsp extra light mayo (1) pasta salad made with mushrooms, pepper, spring onion, sweetcorn, quorn chicken and reduced fat feta (part HEXA) & 1 tbsp hellmans fat free viniagrette (.5)
Going out: 4 crisps (1) double baileys (16?) diet coke
D: 28g special k sustain (5) cadburys light chocolate mousse (3) sugar free sweets (5) 2 mikado (1)

Sunday - EE

S: 1/2 fibre plus bar (1/2 HEXB) coffee with semi skimmed milk (part HEXA)
L: SW quiche made with baked beans, reduced fat cheese (HEXA) and chicken - highly recommend this! apple, sugar free sweets (5)

S: alpen light (1/2 HEXB) 1/2 cup hot choc (1.5)

Will be cutting back on syns for a while now to make up for Saturday... but was away at the end of the day, so not going to make myself feel too bad about it!
 
Momday 13 September - EE

L: SW quiche made with pepper, mushrooms, onion, leek and quorn ham. piece of salmon baked in foil. corn on the cob.

D: steak with mushroom sauce (0.5 syn for mustard, 0.5 for natural yoghurt) 3 new potatoes, sprouts, mangetout

S: 1/2 cup hot choc (1.5) 3 alpen lights (HEXB + 3 syns) 2 mikado

SYNS: 7.5 + 1 + 1.5 + 3 + 1 = 14

D: tomato and macaroni cheese (so nice plus quick and easy that I made it again - and this time with fat free yoghurt!) made with 1 tsp mustard (0.5) and reduced fat cheese (part HEXA1 & HEXA2) green beans, mangetout, 2 alpen light bars (HEXB2) 4 mikado (2)

SYNS: 2.5 + 3 + 1 + 4.5 + 0.5 + 2 = 13.5
