Well i had a little wobble considering giving up, and eating something bad but just ate some grated cheese for a while and i feel a bit better, i'm glad i didn't go off completely.
thanks heatwave and hazel :-) it helps having someone who understands to talk to. im trying not to be disheartened and just keep going, the temptation is high at the moment to eat 'real' food but im trying to ignore it lol
the only thing i had was a couple of pinches of grated cheese each day...
well i am a little sad as yesterday i didn't lose anything and today i only lost 0.5lb, i did everything the same except i did more exercise yesterday :-( But that makes my week one total 7.5lb.
What is the average amount you lose per week after the first week?
Well I am very proud of myself right now - I just finished a family birthday meal where the food looked so nice, and then they had birthday cake after - I just had porridge :-) I would have liked their food but i wasn't struggling really, happy to keep on my diet :-)

well i have had another 100% day here :-) Been for a dog walk as well. I am booking my birthday spa day soon with my 2 best friends, going to be wearing a swimsuit all day so i am hoping to look much better in it. I am going to have treatments and well as sauna/steam/jacuzzi and swim. Can't wait...
i have not tried on any of my smaller clothes yet as i don't want to be disappointed and put off if they don't fit yet. Looking forwards to wearing my smaller clothes though :-) I am only on day 6 though :-)
I have had another good day today, porridge, shake and carbonara. Again had a small amount of grated cheese as well. Feeling quite good today, felt easier than it has before :-)

well I weighed myself again this morning, i know i cant help myself and it is keeping me on track. I have lost another 1.5lbs from yesterday, so i have lost 5lbs now in 3 days :-) looking forward to seeing the total at the end of this week :-)
Well I have struggled with not thinking about food this evening, not helped by having to go food shopping...
But I have stuck to the plan anyway and just had a bit of grated cheese. I kept drinking lots to make the hungry feeling go away.

i tried the coffee vanilla thing but i used the whole pack, i may have to split it up next time and try again. i have started having breakfast later when i am actually hungry, and a shake for lunch at 1pm ish, then a meal for tea at 5/6pm. drinking lots in the evening.
it is getting easier but i'm not good at suddenly eating a lot less, i get hungry every few hours so i am drinking lots and trying not to think about food lol, i am also taking it a bit easy whilst i get used to the diet, not rushing around :-)
I weighed myself this morning and i am 14st 9lbs, so i have lost 3.5lbs since friday, but most of it in the last 2 days! I am very happy this morning now, it feels worth it now. I am starting to feel a bit better and not struggle quite so much but yes hoping it gets easier in the next day or 2...

yep i do too. its a famil trait as my sister and mum get very red too. nothing you can do about it, just dont let it control your life and get on with it, dont worry about it. i dont think anyone in the gym would care as everyone is too busy focusing on themselves to really notice anyone else.
same here, i have so many size 10 and 12 clothes that dont fit, i want to wear them again. like i said try to choose lower calorie versions on your day off will help, and dont eat just for the sake of it like i used to.

i'm sure you can achieve it if you stick with it, 2lbs a week is definately possible. I lost loads of weight before by eating soups for at least one meal a day, low calorie and very filling. What kinds of food do you eat?
