    I'm struggling with pp's calculations when something is 1pp but if u have 2 lots of the item it's 3pps. Eg ww bread 1 slice = 1 pp but 2 slices = 3pps. What if I have a slice of bread in the morn which is 1pp then 1 in the afternoon which 1pp. Does that = 2 or 3?!! Please help me!!

    Try taking a magnesium supplement. I have ibs n can't poo without taking at least 600mg a day. The recommendation is generally 300mg. I buy tesco's own brand which is about £2. Magnesium is also supposed to regulate hormones...... I personally don't need my hormones balancing - honest!

    4lbs! Well done everyone! I've lost 4 pounds after 10 days on new pp...it definitely works! I struggle to diet as I've got such a big appetite but free fruit really helps - that and points free veggie soups!

    I just made sausage casserole (shared with my partner) with low fat sausagses (2=4pp) colmans sausage mix (half pack =2) with onions mushrooms carrots served with 2x small Yorkshire puds (2pp) and cabbage broccoli sprouts = 0pp. Total for tea = 8 was pretty good even if I say so myself

    End of week 1 and feeling in control :)

    Well done - I'd be over the moon if I lost 6lbs. I'm just about to finish week 1 on the new ww propoints. It's been pretty painless so far although I miss biscuits! Ta 4 pics lady who lost 80 lbs - Sooo motivating to c u achieve that amount of weight loss!

    Hi orange Rachel. I'm new too. Not to weight loss diets n all that just new to his site. I'm starting ww next week. I've done slimming world cal counting Rosemary so need a new approach. I know it's simply eating less and moving around more but need some motivation!
