    Thank you , I am following the sample menu off the site to get me going :) Although I have enough lasagne left over for tomorrows lunch and tea!!!!! The recipe said to serve 4 but I'd have said 6!!!!!

    I have been using some of them but a friend suggested that I dont log the exercise points as it's something I do anyway and not just doing it to lose weight.

    This week I have clocked up 36 miles in exercise totalling just over 5 hrs. I am thinking of trying to not log my exercise to see if that makes any difference.

    I do triathlons and run alot and went to a couple of Zumba classes but didn;t feel like I was being pushed. The tutor also had rests between the dances where she was showing what to do for the next one. She said I may be more suited to aerobics as that is continual. Shell
