New start so all enthusiastic and all that jazz!!!!!!

Breakfast: coffee with coffee whitener

(missed breakfast as my dad came round and started tatting in the garden ggrr)

Wholemeal pitta bread (4)
50g ready to eat chicken (1)
1 tblsp low fat red pepper houmous (1)
cheese and onion hula hoops (4)

tea is lasagne off the ww site but made with Quorn mince (11 points for 4 servings = 3 )
served with 50g new potatoes (1)
40g peas (1)
Branston pickle (1)
Choc ice (4)

1/2 pt skimmed milk (3)

*3 mile run done also

Breakfast - Oats so simple Golden syrup (4)
Made with skimmed milk (1)

Lunch - Greggs tuna crunch baguette (8)

tea - co-operative chicken korma and pilau rice (16)

frys turkish delight (5)

daily + activity =29 + 6 = 35
total points used 34

*also done a 20 mile hilly bike ride, in 1hr 30 mins. so activity points logged 6. I logged this as moderate activity

Was following menu on ww site but eldest son has friends over to sleep and I am plasterboarding the kitchen so everything went out the window
