    What can i do with pork chops ?

    Similar to the above but I grill them and just when done I spread on a teaspoon of apple sauce 0pp, then sprinkle on some low fat cheddar and stick it under the grill to melt the cheese.

    Hiya thanks for that. Yeah plenty of fruit which had me thinking maybe I need to cut back on the fruit but up the veg as less natural sugars! Oh who knows all trial and error for the first few weeks I guess. Still sticking with it though so we will see what this week brings!

    Yeah I live alone so I always have 3 portions of most things to freeze! Hard part is remembering to take them out of the freezer before going to work! Lol :-p

    If you are an online user there is a recipe builder application were you type in the weights of all your ingredients and it gives you the total points value, you then say how many portions and it converts to propoints per portion! It's fab.

    Just be careful the supermarkets are stocking both old and new point goods a the moment. If your buying old stock you will need to repoint it.

    GREEN TEA?

    If your looking for a slightly sweeter tea you can try the tetley rooiboos tea. It's like ordinary tea but slightly sweeter. They also do a version with added vanilla flavouring which I love. No need to add sugar or sweetners.

    Thanks auburn. I have managed to space it out better today and have used all 29. All a bit trial and error. I hope the ww products get updated with the new points soon. I have a couple of meals in the freezer so will be sure to re-point them before I eat them.
