    Hen on a vlcd diet is it normal to have a real bad period, I have a coil that slows or stops the periods, I usually just have spotting but I have a real bad one that looks in no hurry to shift. Is this normal or should I stop the diet ?

Had a multi vitamin and a strawberry shake, on 3 a day but got spare packets in case I need an extra one this evening.
