It's not a diet that's what u need to keep thinking. 3lbs is amazing. I used to loose 7 or 8lbs when with weight watchers in my 1st week...but I'm so positive that this is working. Good luck xx

Day 5 and I'm doing extremely well.. I strongly believe it is all about willpower the hypnosis just guides u along.. I been listening to my cd and I fall asleep to it. I have had sleeping issues lately and this has helped no end.. No snacking and no take away pizza! Cannot wait to weigh on...
