New and confused,??

I am trying soo hard I am a very fussy eater so eating superfree food is really difficult as all I like is grapes and tangerines, I snack on cold meats over the day. But worrying that it won't be free. Must everything be lean??? Cos I eat beef slices and nice thick carved ham obviously I don't eat the fatty bits but just concerned all the meat I'm eating is not free. Any tips be welcome. Thanks. Xxx
