These are the only ones i could find..... dont get why these are synned though when they are virtually fat free ?!?!?!? maybe the fruits is pre sweetened/cooked or something ... grrrrr!!!!

your right v low fat is free but not sure about low fat and my book has gone awol.... my cheeky 19 month old boyo doesn't want me on sw it would seem lol x
Its easy to make your own :D and then you can add any flavour you like !!
i do mine with mixed herbs, feta (HEA) and roasted peppers
or with curry powder, coriander and onion with spicy chicken (HEB)
theres loads of combos you can try :D

sssssoooooo worth it and i had nutella ryvita too because 2 pancakes wasnt enough
so 12 syns for the day... not bad though i had no syns yesterday because i knew i couldnt miss pancakes today lol x
i count it as free coz theres no oil in it and you dont need much deoending how hot you like ur jerk ;) i like it in pasta !! not its intended use but its yummy x
i too was surprised how nice they actually are but i used tomato puree on mine was worth the slight syns :d i really want one now ive seen your pic, looks gorgeous x
dont know but you can usually get a rough estimate of how many using the 1 syn per 20 cals... but most packet mixes have between 15 and 25 syns

i used to work at asda on the rotis counter and i know for a fact the chicken is not pumped with oil or even brushed with it before its cooked !!
its literally just put on the giant skewers and cooked and the fat usually drains off whilst cooking...
the flavoured pieces may have oils in...
try and keep away from them or yo may feel worse if you eat them and no like what the scales say ... just a little tip :) or just try and have a few of them if you can ... i cant have anything like that in the house coz i would not stop lol x

i think they are lovely too but food abuse sounds like such a funny term..... i understand the theory behind it but once in a blue moon with a meal surely wouldnt consitute as food abuse ???
i like ryvitas with nutella on them :D and try using quark too if you mix it with spices or even just garlic and herbs, its almost like philly but nutella OMG its lovely x
i love milkshakes and sometimes use another a choice ( i do green and red days btw ) and mix sugar free cordial in with it to make a syn free shake :D xx
ive mentioned it before but the tesco chinese stir in sauce is really nice and its only 4 1/2 syns for half the sachet (85 cals = 4 1/2 syns :D)

At 85 calories per 1/2 sachet (90g) I calulated it at 4 1/2 syns, based on the 1 syn for every 20 cals rule....
