    Budget so green week

    Well we are well and truly skint this week with hubby not getting paid so having to try stick to plan with what I have in the freezer and cupboards, mainly green foods. So think a green week is in order but I'm scared about eating so many carbs!! Aggghhh

    1/3 superfree on ee???

    Just wondering who follows this rule for every meal and how are your losses affected. I normally follow ee but rarely follow this rule and am thinking about goin to red and green for the extra healthy extras, but wonder if I should just stick with ee? What do you all do? Jodie x

    Just eaten a whole chocolate cake.....

    I soak 5 scan bran in boiling water for couple mins, drain most away, mash, add 1oz cocoa powder, mix, 3 eggs, mix and lots of sweetener I use over half a cup. Mix again and put in silicone dish in microwave for 7mins. Yummy. 1b and 4 syns or 9 syns for the whole thing. Enjoy x

    I'm bad at drinking water but drink lots of fizzy diet drinks, I feel they fill me up a lot more so if I want something bad I try and have a glass of fizz first ( doesn't always work lol) x

    Feeling disheartened

    I agree ditch the scales. I would weigh myself everyday and if I had lost I would cheat to celebrate if I had gained I would cheat because I was pi***d off lol. Keep going and I bet you have a good loss x
