    I know the feeling, when I first got on the SW scales, I was 16.8 - my consultant saw how it made me feel and said "Don't worry, because you'll never weigh that again.", and that's something I've always remembered. Good luck!!! x

    Asda Mexican chicken is only 1.5 syns for the whole tin :) its a bit like a spicy curry, really nice with rice or on a jacket spud!

    I LOVE homemade burgers! Even before I started SW, we always had homemade ones on the BBQ, yum! Have never tried putting soy sauce in though, might try that next time!

    I do that with the greek yoghurt a lot, much creamier than natural yoghurt, and you get a nice chocolate hit! Works well with orange options too, for 2 syns you can't go wrong :)

    "free" takeaways

    We make Szechuan chicken, so easy to make and delicious! Chicken marinated in plenty of soy sauce for as long as you have time for, then stir fried with grated/julienned carrot, spring onions, chilli and any other veg you fancy really :) then pile it on top of noodles! mmmmm!

    I don't think you could use your HEX as the portion is a lot bigger than the portion you can have! According to syns online, all six inch subway rolls are 9 syns, except Italian herbs and cheese which I believe is 11 :)
