    Nikki I'm great thanks :-D Just a tip, don't worry too much about the stix; I've found that when drinking a lot of water it messes up the readings. I tend to go by how I feel (and if I've got utterly rank breath).

    BTW - I ask how you feel because even though at times my weight/measurements stay the same, I still feel way better than when I was eating before doing Atkins. Even if my losses would near stop completely, I would still eat this way. Hope you see some losses soon, I know it can get you down a bit.

    I agree with you there Jenki, for a while my weight was fluctuating gaining and losing the same lb. Then when switching my exercise and only having 1 sensible free meal a week...suddenly I lost 3lbs. Now I am not certain it is because I changed things up - perhaps it was going to happen anyway.
