Hello, I just re-started at 198.4lbs (my lowest was 185lbs in May :() Set myself a tough challenge for Christmas to get me motivated!

I never weighed in on Monday - oops. Did today and was 1.8lbs down from last Monday. I really really want to get to 185.5lbs soon because that will mean I am no longer obese - just over weight! I love how active this thread has gotten :) Off for a jog/walk with the doggie now :)

Oops, I really failed at this. Gonna start again. Just did the math and I've been going up and down between 187lbs and 190lbs for 10 weeks now. I keep doing so well for a few days and then doing bad for a few days and so on... I've decided to change my goal to 154lbs instead of 140lbs - and...

+0.6lbs for me. Although I cheated today and weighed myself again and was back at what I was last week.

-1.8lbs :) I know it's not huge but it's the biggest loss I've had in ages and I'm finally under what I was at Xmas!

So today was another pretty good day. Had Special K with low fat milk again for breakfast, 2 rice cakes with peanut butter as a snack, alpen bar as another snack, vegetable lasagna for dinner and a weight watchers ice-cream. I went on a walk for an hour too :) Tomorrow I'm at home all day so...

Thanks for the reply Lizzie! Well done on your weight loss so far! It's only since I started losing weight that I realized how much my friends and everyone else around me eat chocolate, crisps etc everyday - you're right, it does get difficult seeing them eat what they want. I'm not very good...

I can't afford to do slimming world etc. so I just try to stick to 1200 calories a day and try to work out at least 5 times a week (of course, some weeks I barely get 2 days in!) but it's been working okay for me. hehe but they were choosing the winners of the awards themselves - they knew they were annoying lol.

I think a lot of what they did was told to them by producers - like not washing up and leaving the place in an even bigger mess - what they said when leaving the room seemed very rehearsed. Didn't Tara say that they were told to trash the house the time they threw the chairs in the pool...

I agree that their waste of food was awful but it's not as if BB was gonna let them starve. The twins did seem to calm down in the last week. I think Bobby and Lucien throwing the 3 huge bowls of M&M's all over the kitchen was worse - so difficult to clean up!

I love the Polar Express - it's just magical! I really like The Santa Claus too because my sister and I used watch it every Christmas Eve when we were little.

I guess cos I'm the same age as Jedward they didn't annoy me very much.

Poor Jedward were robbed! Don't think I'll be watching the regular series - I only started watching this one cos of John & Edward.

I love my eyes - they're a light blue and I have really long eyelashes :) I quite like my hair too :) I hope I can even like the rest of my body sometime :p

A lot of people haven't seen a maltese so they ask is he a different breed - I have been asked bichon, shih tzu, yorkie, lhasa apso( I think that's what you meant - other people have asked that before), poodle, chihuahua and someone even asked me was he a samoyed puppy!! I know what you mean...

Noooooooooooooo he's a maltese lol. He's quite a bit smaller than most shih tzu's - he's barely 6lbs. I LOVE staffies!! My friend has 3 - sweetest dogs ever! Post pics of your dogs - would love to see them :)

I think Kerry will win - she seems to have a large fan base in the UK. Jedward have a huge fan base but mostly in Ireland and Europe and with only the UK voting it will be difficult for them to beat Kerry. I feel bad that people hate them so much - they seem so nice! I like them anyway! Paddy...

I don't really like any of them - I liked Lucien at the beginning but not now. Jedward said a few months ago that they weren't gay but considering the majority of their fans are girls they wouldn't come out if they are gay - it could ruin their career.

Have you seen Valentines Day? I really liked that one.

I play the flute and also did piano lessons for 4 years when I was little(not that I remember any lol) and Cello for 5 years, which I just gave up this year because I didn't have enough time for 2 instruments :( I'm in ABRSM grade 6 flute so hope to finish to grade 8 :)
