    Almost gone one whole week without weighing myself!

    I can usually go a few days between weigh ins, but some weeks, fat weeks, I step on every morning. I always pee first then jump on the scales. I also step on 3 times and take the lowest weight. Not ideal, but I'm a little crazy!!

    I cannot get Quark in USA. Will fat free Philadelphia cheese be ok instead? Also is it free like Quark. The other thing is Fromage Frais. Again, can't get it here, what about using Greek yogurt instead? Any thoughts???

    I did SW a few years ago and found it easy, maybe it was because I was going to meetings. I started again 3 months ago and have only lost 9lbs. It still needs to click with me. Good luck, I know we will get there

    I usually follow green days but always have meat for dinner. I use my HEB for the meat I have. Let's say I'm having chicken for dinner, can I use both HEB for chicken, giving me a bigger portion? I am an online member, I live in USA so I can't go to meetings. Your advice would be great.

    The biggest problem is honestly the food and the supermarkets. 4 years in a and I still struggle to do a weekly shop. There is so much choice of everything and so much processed food. I do miss the meetings too,that was my extra push and a little competition.

    I am having a hard time loosing the lbs. When I followed SW while living in England I found it so much easier. It was also easier when I went to meetings. I hope SW spreads to the rest of America very soon. So far I have lost 9lb in 12 weeks. Not the result I was hoping for.
