So I've finally got round to posting to say I've made this now........it's not bad at all I had it with salad
I did find I ended up cooking it for a it longer as the centre of the loaf didn't set very well and wen I cut into it it crumbled however as it cooled down it actually sliced better x

I'm sure I read somewhere that if you take the skin of meat it does become free but I'm not 100 percent sure Sorry but surely once the skin is off it will be less in syns x
Can someone just clarify that Tesco king prawn coriander and chilli is 1/2 syn per pack I've looked on the online syn website and it does say 1/2 I'm getting tooooo excited cos I love them and thought they we'd be higher in syns
