    a frozen banana + custard muller light. My first and it was quite lovely. I had it in the freezer for 3-4 hours and it was semi frozen like a mr whippy. I wouldn't say it would cure an ice cream craving but it is a really nice alternative to yoghurt, more fun :)

    A milk chocolate fibre plus bar - never tried them before and it was delicious but wow I feel full! I just went and downed a pint of water because I felt like it had swollen and absorbed all the liquid from my gut!

    so funny we all have the same tricks.....yesterday I ate half a melon for breakie then the other half as a snack later on.....nothing. At 6ish I decided coffee was the answer and made myself a double espresso latte.......nothing. Peppermint tea seemed to be the answer for me!

    Magic porridge for the first time. I used vanilla muller light and am eating it with a bowl of strawberries. It's not bad at all, I have only just started eating it but I can tell already that this is going to keep me full til lunchtime!

    well yes, especially for a larger lady like myself I can only imagine people don't like to bring up my weight full stop. That is apart from the horrors at the school where I teach at the moment, they have no problem whatsoever discussing my weight :cry:
