    That's great and it's good to know that bread doesn't suit you so you can choose to stay clear of it if possible. I have a feeling sugar is keeping my weightloss slow. I gave it up for 6 weeks before and never felt better. Tis hard thoughT x

    sugar bags thanks Ellen. 4.5 off is better than still on you. good idea about the books sobergeek. My boyfriend handed me 8 lbs of flour and sugar bags last week. Its mindblowing:eek: how heavy that is and how my body was carrying it around!!!! T x

    Ruth , you are probably putting on lean muscle with all your exercise ? It's horrible hopping on the scales and seeing a gain though... Have a great week and.enjoy your food.     Hi there, I just started 3 weeks ago and also have 20lbs to loose.. my advice would be buy a curly wurley or 1/2 a twirl and sit down and savor every bite. I was also having a square here and a square there and it never felt like enough. Hope that helps. Best of luck. :-)

    I am on my 4th week now and its going well. Never hungry but get a bit annoyed with having to track everything. Had 3 birthday parties and a weekend away so far and still managed 2lbs per week so IT WORKS. Best of luck and i would be delighted to be your slimming buddy.
