    Cambridge Bars mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

    Glad your enjoying your bars - must admit I do not like the Cranberry or Peanut bars, had a bite of each and did not like the taste or texture - but the chocolate/caramel bars on the other hand - My O/H is convined they are not a part of the diet, as I love them so much:D .

At first I was a little disappointed :( as I wanted to lose at least 41bs to make it a stone, then I thought - hold on, its 3lbs of fat and I know I'll hit the stone mark this week - so all in all I am pleased - will have to up my water intake...

    Hi Deborah, I haven't been doing CD long - but I have done VLCD's before. I think it is best to change your counsellor, and just continue with the diet - its hard at first, but the results are sooooooo worth it in the end:) Patsy

    I know exactly how you feel - my scales had me gaining 5lbs yesterday - mind you I had drunk around 4.5 litres of water (does anybody know how much heavier water makes you weigh??) Congrats on the 4lb weight loss:)
