Hi geo, yeah I'm back. Wedding all organised, even bought my dress, so no need to worry about losing more weight, though would like to be down to 9.5 to give me some wiggle room. Am pretty much same weight last 6 weeks but have been having extra syns quite frequently.

What I've done when I'm short on days is do a couple in one day, core always being one that I do a double with. Have also done all three on a couple of occasions, usually when peed off with the oh and I could take my frustrations out on Ryan!
So having lost over a stone, I am delighted to be in the nines. I think this is the stone I would like to stay in as I don't want to loose all my lady bits, but would like to be in the low nines!

The 5kg should ne fine. If there is an exercise that is making you feel sore then try let that body part rest before attempting to do another session. You could substitute different moves or just rest.

Awh well done I'm delighted for you. To be honest ill be lucky to get a sts ad oh was naughty and brought me down with him, had chips, icecream, chocs, you name it we had it! Plus have exercised lots so may have a little water retention (thats my story and I'm sticking to it!)
